Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Safe administration of medications following the 6 rights of medication administration.
• Count and document all narcotics administered to residents.
• Manage total medication inventory: ordering, receiving, storing, dating, and removing expired meds; notify when supply is low.
• Daily cleaning of medicine carts; restock and weekly deep cleaning.
• Verify MARs against new MARs at changeover time.
• Provide personal care to residents (bathing, grooming, incontinence care, eating).
• Provide general nursing care: vitals, temperatures, blood pressure, weights; document in daily log.
