Qualifications

• Successful completion of an approved QMAP training program and competency evaluation.
• Active listing on the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) QMAP registry.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications only as directed by current written orders and within QMAP authority.
• Document every medication pass accurately and on time; report discrepancies to leadership.
• Assist residents with daily living activities to support independence and comfort.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor changes in condition; report to nursing leaders.
• Maintain clean, safe care environments and assist with admissions, transfers, and end-of-life care.
