Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking part-time Care Aides to support residents in our NJ community. Shifts run 7 am–3 pm or 3 pm–11 pm; weekend availability is required. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with higher rates for experienced candidates and a $2 shift differential for overnight hours.

Care Aides assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and communicate with the care team and families to ensure safety and comfort. CNA certification is required, and EEO applies.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Check and monitor residents' vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team, residents and families.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to residents.
