Job Title and Location

Med Tech QMAP 2nd shift role at Stellar Senior Living.

Shifts Availability

• PRN (as needed) shift to help cover call-offs and vacation requests - with the possibility of transitioning to more hours as our census grows.
• Full-time & Part-time shifts available.

Job Description

Our QMAP Caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living and other services, including medication management to residents in accordance with their service plan. Providing stellar service in a kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner while respecting residents' dignity and privacy is what we do.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to doctors' orders within the acceptable timeframe.
• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities.
• Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them.
• Record vital signs as requested by staff.
• Documentation of care services.
• Frequent communication with co-workers and supervisors.

Requirements

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.

• QMAP certification.
