Job summary

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time QMAP/Caregiver to join our community at The Grand at Broomfield. You will provide activities of daily living and support to residents in line with their service plan, delivering care with kindness, respect, and professionalism.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medications per orders, and responding to resident requests. Colorado QMAP certification is required; a team-focused mindset and love for seniors are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado QMAP Certification required
• Willingness to go above and beyond to serve residents
• Ability to work both in a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing dietary restrictions, allergies and preferences
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care
