Job summary

Stellar Senior Living at The Grand at Broomfield is seeking a part-time QMAP/Caregiver to provide daily living assistance to residents in accordance with individual care plans. The role emphasizes kindness, dignity, and privacy while delivering support in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado QMAP Certification is required.
• Demonstrates can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve residents.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and assist with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioner's orders following safety protocols and plan of care.

Role Overview

Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Current Open Shifts

Shift coverage includes:

• Friday & Saturday Evening Shifts: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
