Job summary

Greenridge Place Memory Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Medication Technician to join our dementia-care team. You will assist with the administration of medications and treatments under the supervision of a licensed nurse, monitor vital signs, and help maintain residents' health and safety in a supportive environment.

The role offers flexible schedules, including part-time weekend morning shifts and full-time PM or NOC options.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Medication Services Technician to join our dedicated team at Greenridge Place Memory Care, a memory care community committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with cognitive impairment. As a critical member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of medications and treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Conduct vital signs and observe resident behavior to ensure their overall health and safety
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to promote a supportive and caring environment
• Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and vital signs
• Participate in educative programs and in-services to enhance knowledge and skills in medication management and care techniques
• Certified Medication Technician certification is required
