Job summary

St. Paul’s Assisted Living is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our healthcare team and provide compassionate, resident-centered care. The role requires Indiana QMA certification and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

The successful candidate will administer medications, monitor residents, assist with ADLs, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with nursing staff to ensure safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Indiana is required.
  • Experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medication administration practices, resident care standards, and state regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to serve the senior community.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

The QMA will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
