Responsibilities include:

• Providing compassionate care to residents
• Supporting team onboarding
• Preparing and administering medication professionally and timely
• Responding promptly to call lights, sensors, alarms, and security bracelets

Minimum requirements:

• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values
• Complete a state-approved medication administration training program
• Pass annual medication evaluation with a registered pharmacy consultant
• Current CPR certification
• Active QMA certification
• Ability to perform receptionist duties as assigned
