Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have current QMA license and provide documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as listed under nurse supervision.
• Observe residents for drug reactions and report concerns.
• Monitor vital signs and document findings.
• Calculate dosages and stock medication cart.
• Document medications given on MAR chart daily.
• Report to nurse on duty with treatment responses and instructions.
• Audit medication documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
