Job summary

Wesleyan Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide safe medication administration and daily resident care on the 2nd shift. The role includes documenting treatments, maintaining medication security, and supporting nurses in catheter care and health needs.

The position offers a competitive wage with sign‑on, referral bonuses, and full benefits. Indiana state certification and a valid QMA credential are required.

Qualifications

• Must be certified by the Indiana State Department of Health as a CNA in good standing.
• Must have completed a state approved training program in medication administration and have current QMA certification by the Indiana State Department of Health.
• Experience with resident care and safety policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document oral, topical, eye, and other medications per physician orders.
• Provide daily care and monitor residents' health needs and safety.
• Maintain locked medication cart and follow facility policies.
• Assist with catheter care and other duties as assigned.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
