Job summary

The Waterford at Hartford, a Sonida Senior Living community in Hartford, WI, is looking for a licensed Medication Aide to support residents in independent living, assisted living and memory care. Qualifications

• Wisconsin license as Medication Aide required and active.
• Ability to safely administer medications per physician orders.
• Experience with resident care and assisting with activities of daily living welcome.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards; supervise CNAs as directed.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and provide personal care.
• Monitor vital signs, weight, intake/output, and report changes to nursing staff.
