Job summary

The Delaney at Parkway Lakes is inviting a compassionate caregiver team member to join our full-time staff. Provide personal care and support residents with daily activities in a hospitality-forward senior living environment.

We offer several shifts (7:00 am–3:00 pm and 3:00 pm–11:00 pm) with benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, and flexible scheduling. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year CNA/PCA/HHA/RA experience preferred.
• One year experience in assisted living/memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support residents with meal times and daily activities as directed.
• Make beds, change linens, and handle light laundry per shift.
• Document shift assignments and care provided accurately.
• Promote a calm, respectful atmosphere and patient comfort.
• Monitor residents' condition and report changes per policy.
• Follow programs and protocols to ensure safety and dignity.
• Assist with basic health checks and vital signs as needed.

We are seeking hospitality focused Caregivers/QLS to join our team! Perform various resident care activities and related services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents.

All shifts available. Full-time 7:00 am- 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm-11:00 pm

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Make all beds as needed in A.M., turn down as needed in P.M. and change bed linens once each week or PRN.
• Complete resident's personal laundry as assigned.
• Complete flat linens per shift as assigned.
• Assist residents with meal time.
• Utilize special programs components offered by the community.
• Promote a calm atmosphere.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred
• One (1) year experience working in assisted living/memory care preferred
