Job summary

Delaney at Georgetown Village is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/QLS to support our senior residents in Georgetown, TX. This PRN role offers the chance to brighten lives by helping with daily activities and fostering meaningful connections.

You do not need formal CNA licensure, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential; on-site training is provided and a nurse is on staff 24/7 to support you.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience or CNA licensure is a plus, but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow is all that is needed.
• Develop meaningful relationships and contribute to resident happiness; patient and compassionate care is essential.

• Care for residents and assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.).
• Develop meaningful relationships and contribute to the happiness of our elderly residents.
• Encourage residents to engage with scheduled activities and entertainment.

PRN shifts needed

Highlights of the Caregiver Position:

• Care for your residents and assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)
• Develop meaningful relationships and contribute to the happiness of our elderly residents.
• Encourage residents to engage with scheduled activities and entertainment.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.

What do you need to be a Caregiver at our Community?

While having caregiving experience/CNA licensure is a plus, it is not required. All we ask is that you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and continue growing. We can train everything else!
