Job summary

The Delaney at Parkway Lakes in Richmond, TX, part of LCS, seeks hospitality focused Caregivers/QLS to join our warm, energetic team dedicated to seniors and their families. You will perform personal care activities to support residents’ comfort and independence daily.

We offer all shifts on a full-time basis (7:00 am–3:00 pm and 3:00 pm–11:00 pm) with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year experience as CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.
• One (1) year experience in assisted living/memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Make beds in the morning, turn down in the evening, and change bed linens weekly or PRN.
• Complete resident's personal laundry as assigned and flat linens per shift.
• Assist residents with meal times and promote a calm atmosphere.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned.

We are seeking hospitality focused Caregivers/QLS to join our team! Perform various resident care activities and related services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents.

All shifts available. Full-time 7:00 am- 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm-11:00 pm

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Make all beds as needed in A.M., turn down as needed in P.M. and change bed linens once each week or PRN.
• Complete resident's personal laundry as assigned.
• Complete flat linens per shift as assigned.
• Assist residents with meal time.
• Utilize special programs components offered by the community.
• Promote a calm atmosphere.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred
• One (1) year experience working in assisted living/memory care preferred
