Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Qlik Reporting Analyst/Developer to build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards that support business decisions. You will work with business users and tech teams to translate reporting needs into reliable, user-friendly solutions using Qlik Sense and QlikView.

Responsibilities include developing Qlik reports, maintaining data models and load scripts, validating results, monitoring data reloads, and documenting logic.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Qlik reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Qlik load scripting, expressions, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and validation.
• Ability to translate business questions into reporting requirements.
• Experience with data quality, governance, and reporting access controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Qlik reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on business requirements.
• Maintain existing reporting applications, including updating calculations, filters, layouts, and data connections as business needs evolve.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and business rules.
• Create and maintain Qlik data models and load scripts that combine information from multiple sources.
• Validate report results against source data and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor scheduled data reloads, troubleshoot failures, and resolve reporting issues.
• Document reporting logic, data sources, dependencies, and maintenance procedures.
• Support user testing, communicate changes, and provide guidance to report users.
