Health & Human Services Comm in Texas is seeking a LTCR ICF/IID QIDP Surveyor (QMRP Surveyor) to conduct on-site inspections and investigations in intermediate care facilities serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role requires travel across the region and state, with responsibilities including documenting deficiencies and regulatory findings.

Starting salary is $5,035.99–$6,779.25 per month, with full benefits and travel opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field.
• Direct experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Prefer one year of QIDP surveyor experience in an intermediate care facility or social work with ID.
• Experience interpreting or overseeing compliance with state and federal licensure regulations and standards preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct on-site licensure inspections, complaint and incident investigations in facilities serving individuals with ID.
• Write inspection reports detailing deficiencies and narratives to support regulatory findings.
• Travel within the region and across Texas; write reports and provide professional input for regulatory determinations.
