Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site licensure inspections and complaint/incident investigations.
• Perform annual comprehensive surveys for facilities and document findings.
• Prepare reports detailing deficiencies and regulatory narratives.
• Travel up to 80% statewide and respond to emergencies as needed.
