Responsabilidades

• Assists in development and follow-through of individualized person-centered program plans.
• Ensures life strategies align with CFAs, goals, and Residential Habilitation Plans.
• Maintains high-quality service plans compliant with regulations and agency policies.

Conocimientos

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in sociology/social work/education/rehabilitation counseling/psychology

MD or RN
