Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience within a Day Habilitation or Residential program.
• Experience with Day Habilitation plans and Medicaid billing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct annual and semi-annual reviews of consumer status/progress.
• Provide staff with ongoing in-service training.
• Ensure integration of services between Day Program and the residence.
