Job summary

Service Inc of Illinois seeks an Individual Service Coordinator (ISC) to manage a caseload of about 50 individuals with developmental disabilities and to provide advocacy, education, and guidance on service options.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field, at least one year of experience, and eligibility for QIDP status. Hybrid telework, strong benefits, and PSLF loan-forgiveness opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Eligible for QIDP status; certification training available.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Provide advocacy and education to individuals and guardians about service options.
• Complete DHS forms, eligibility certifications, and visit reports within required timeframes.
• Coordinate home and community visits with individuals and guardians.
• Additional duties discussed during interview.
