Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. in Corpus Christi, TX seeks a QHSE Manager to lead safety and quality programs across shop, fabrication, and field deployments in the USA. The role manages direct-report staff and ensures ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 compliance with OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, investigations, KPI development, and QHSE training on PPE and electrical safety. Travel to field sites and occasional hours are required to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Quality, Engineering, or related field (preferred Master's).
• 7–10 years QHSE experience with 3+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QHSE function for GESA's business line, supervising safety and quality staff.
• Develop and implement safety and quality management systems across Corpus Christi shop/fabrication and field locations.
• Partner with corporate QHSE, security, and support vendors for traveling employees.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses; lead incident investigations.
• Oversee internal and external audits and certification activities.
• Develop and deliver QHSE training for shop personnel and field technicians.
• Establish and monitor QHSE KPIs and scorecards; report trends to leadership.
