Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a QHSE Advisor to support multiple projects across Midland, TX and other regions.

You will strengthen quality, health, safety, and environmental standards by identifying hazards, minimizing risks and championing QHSE initiatives in site operations. You will lead investigations, coordinate essential training, and ensure compliance with OSHA/DOT and industry standards, while maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
• 4–6 years in quality, environment, health and safety.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT and industry regs.
• Hazard identification and incident investigation basics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous improvement activities to raise QHSE performance.
• Produce regional QHSE statistics monthly; identify trends and act.
• Lead or support incident investigations and near misses with documentation.
• Coordinate and deliver regulatory and internal QHSE training for new hires.
• Schedule and run monthly safety meetings for employees.
• Inspect operations for hazards and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Represent Solaris QHSE at regional safety meetings with customers.
• Travel as required; 50% field work and 24-hour call support.
