Job summary

Velux Deutschland GmbH in Wells, ME is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to measure incoming and in-process components and finished products according to the quality control plan. You will document findings and drive corrective actions in a collaborative team setting.

This on-site role requires a High School Diploma, 2 years of quality system experience, blueprints reading, and strong teamwork. Expect a Monday-Thursday schedule with early morning shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Quality System.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections and tests per Quality Plans and input data into the database.
• Identify quality or production problems and inform relevant management.
• Assist in implementing ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
• Prepare information for team meetings and presentations.
• Support audits and training as needed.
