Job summary

LHH is seeking a Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) Coordinator to support safety, quality, and continuous improvement across a manufacturing facility serving the data center industry. You will help ensure products are manufactured safely, meet quality standards, and comply with regulations.

Working with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management, you will drive QMS maintenance, safety programs, environmental compliance, and incident investigations while fostering

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality, Safety, Environmental, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience in fabrication, modular construction, or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience with inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/document management systems.
• Able to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain QMS including ISO 9001.
• Conduct quality inspections of MEP modules.
• Manage NCR and CAPA processes.
• Participate in root cause analysis and CI.
• Lead safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Support OSHA compliance and safety training.
• Assist with environmental compliance and waste management.
• Coordinate internal and customer audits and training docs.
• Monitor QHSE performance metrics and reports.
• Foster a culture of quality, safety, and excellence.
