Responsibilities include NADCAP documentation, client audits, NCRs, FAA requirements, and coordination of certification paperwork. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Pangea logging is expected, with at least two years in NDT or aerospace quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an NDT or aerospace quality environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for daily reporting.
• Familiar with FAA requirements and drug testing protocols.

• Monitor and maintain Level II audit logs and certification renewal intervals.
• Track equipment calibration schedules and log accurate compliance dates in Pangea software.
• Respond promptly to client requests, coordinate inquiries, and complete technical quality surveys.
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to optimize NDT laboratory workflows.
