Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in IT, QA, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation.
  • 3 years of experience designing and owning automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Experience serving as a QE Architect, Automation Architect, Test Architect, or similar leadership role.
  • Hands-on expertise with Playwright, Selenium, MABL, Java, Python, or similar automation technologies.
  • Strong API, integration, and service-layer test automation experience.
  • Experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven success reducing automation flakiness and improving automation reliability at scale.
  • Experience with enterprise test data management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead automation initiatives across multiple teams and organizations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QE Architect / Lead to drive Quality Engineering strategy, architecture, and automation transformation initiatives across enterprise applications. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for defining and implementing modern test automation frameworks, establishing engineering standards, and driving automation maturity across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and own enterprise Quality Engineering frameworks across UI, API, service, and data layers.
  • Define automation strategies, test coverage models, quality metrics, and testing standards.
  • Establish automation baselines and continuously improve coverage, execution speed, stability, and reliability.
  • Architect scalable automation solutions integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
