Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an Agile Automation Functional Tester for a 1-month on-site contract in Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves leading a delivery team, designing automated tests, and driving E2E testing within a CI/CD setup.

7-8 years of experience as an Agile Automation Functional Tester on E2E.
Experience on E2E testing activities – driving test activities, summarizing & sharing test reports to stakeholders etc.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java/ Python, playwright,
Hands-on experience with test automation tools including Robot Framework, Selenium
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of software architecture and API technologies
Must have used AI tools for creating agents and implemented in integration with the test automation.
Extensive experience in API testing and validation
Strong hands-on experience working in Agile environments
Good to have - Kubernetes, Dockers and Containers, Red hat OpenShift
Good to have – Knowledge on Retail applications
Core Responsibilities & Expertise:
Lead team for delivery and ensuring to meet tight timelines.
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts
Review application code to ensure testability and long-term maintainability
Analyze, debug, and identify root causes of issues across test and production environments
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps engineers
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
