Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QC on complex federal healthcare construction projects in the United States. This role offers authority to shape project quality, not just perform checks, with a housing relocation allowance and the chance to work on mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing QC on federal construction projects.
• Experience with the Three Phases of Quality Control.
• Healthcare or mission-critical construction experience.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of materials, means, methods, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Project Quality Control Plan.
• Lead the Three Phases of Quality Control: Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up.
• Coordinate inspections, testing agencies, and owner inspections.
• Manage NCRs, punch lists, submittals, RFIs, mockups, and commissioning documentation.
• Ensure construction complies with contract documents, plans, specifications, and federal requirements.
• Work directly with owners, designers, subcontractors, and project leadership.
• Mentor field teams and drive a culture of quality and accountability.

What you’ll own
