Job summary

Jobot seeks a skilled Quality Control Manager to lead quality on complex federal healthcare and mission-critical construction projects in the Hershey, PA area. You will own the Project Quality Control Plan, oversee the three QC phases, and coordinate inspections with owners, designers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract documents and federal requirements.

• 5+ years managing QC on federal construction projects.
• Experience with the Three Phases of Quality Control.
• Healthcare, hospital, or mission-critical construction experience.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, means, methods, and building systems.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as project requirements dictate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Project Quality Control Plan.
• Lead the Three Phases of Quality Control: Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up.
• Coordinate inspections, testing agencies, and owner inspections.
• Manage NCRs, punch lists, submittals, RFIs, mockups, and commissioning documentation.
• Ensure construction complies with contract documents, plans, specifications, and federal requirements.
• Work directly with owners, designers, subcontractors, and project leadership.
• Mentor field teams and help drive a culture of quality and accountability.
