Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality on federal healthcare and mission-critical construction projects. You will have real authority over project quality and drive a culture of excellence across teams.

This role offers a housing allowance for relocation and the chance to manage complex projects with long-term career growth. You will mentor field teams and coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors on multi-year endeavors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing QC on federal construction projects.
• Experience with the Three Phases of Quality Control.
• Healthcare or mission‑critical construction experience.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office experience.
• Knowledge of construction materials, means, methods, and building systems.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Project Quality Control Plan.
• Lead the Three Phases of Quality Control: Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up.
• Coordinate inspections, testing agencies, and owner inspections.
• Manage NCRs, punch lists, submittals, RFIs, mockups, and commissioning documentation.
• Ensure construction complies with contract documents, plans, specifications, and federal requirements.
• Work directly with owners, designers, subcontractors, and project leadership.
• Mentor field teams and help drive a culture of quality and accountability.
