Job summary

Elevate Health Sciences is seeking an entry-level quality control technician to ensure product manufacturing adheres to established specifications and GMP guidelines. Training will cover responsibilities listed, prior experience is not required, and teamwork is essential.

The role involves allergen and ATP testing, sample handling, and verification against batch records, with strict PPE and safety practices in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Prior GMP experience.
Ability to read, write, interpret and execute written instructions, and communicate in English.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience in any manufacturing field is a plus.
Spanish speaking is not required but a plus.

Job Summary: The entry-level quality control technician is responsible for ensuring that product is manufactured according to established specifications and GMP guidelines. This position will be trained on the following responsibilities, prior experience is not required.

Primary Responsibilities

Conducts Allergen and ATP swab tests.
Complete first article verification of production runs
Responsible for pulling in-process and finished good samples.
Ensure GMP compliance during manufacturing process.
Ensure every job matches the information provided on the batch record.
Adhere to company PPE requirements as indicated, per position.
Able to complete work on time and meet changing scheduling demands.
Manages time and workload efficiently and prioritizes workflow effectively.
Experience working in a highly regulated and compliant environment to deliver accurate results.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Lead.
Other Duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills Requirements

Prior GMP experience. Must be able to read, write, interpret and execute written instructions, and communicate in English. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in any manufacturing field or industry is a plus. Self-motivated, pro-active. Communicate in a clear and concise manner. Work cooperatively with others. Spanish speaking is not required but a huge plus!

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for duration of shift. Willingness to follow all GMP, including wearing head covers and gowns. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; exposure to various powders, chemicals, and allergens: climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; converse and listen; taste or smell.
