Job summary

Responsibilities include HACCP/GMP/sanitation compliance, pre-operational checks, calibration, and support for audits, traceability, and continuous improvement initiatives to safeguard product integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, food manufacturing, or seafood processing preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, and food-safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production environment.

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring production processes and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards.
