Job summary

Wei-Chuan U.S.A., Inc. in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a detail-oriented QC Supervisor Trainee to oversee daily quality control operations and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

You will manage the QC department, supervise the team, conduct inspections of materials and products, coordinate with USDA and other agencies, and drive corrective actions to maintain food safety and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Bilingual is preferred (English and Chinese).
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate QC staff.
• Detail-oriented with strong observation and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC operations and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage QC department activities and supervise the QC team, including production monitoring and inspections.
• Coordinate with USDA and regulatory agencies; maintain documentation.
• Perform pre-shipment review and release products for shipping.
• Lead investigations of quality deviations and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate HACCP, SSOP, GMP compliance reviews; monitor environmental plans.
• Train and mentor staff on food safety, QC procedures, and product specs.
• Support audits and calibrate/maintain QC lab equipment.
