Job summary

COATING PLACE LLC in Verona, WI is seeking a QC Supervisor - Raw Materials to lead the RM laboratory team, schedule analyses, and ensure samples meet internal specs and USP/ICH/FDA guidelines.

The role requires a chemistry degree, 3+ years of supervisory experience in a cGMP environment, and strong leadership and collaboration with chemists, vendors, and clients. First shift 8:00 am–5:00 pm with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment.
• Thorough understanding of USP, ICH, and FDA guidelines.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership ability.
• Strong time management with minimal supervision.
• Able to build effective working relationships with team, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise the Raw Materials team and support Finished Product as needed.
• Prioritize workload and provide updates via notifications and reports.
• Coordinate analytical activities with clients, labs, and vendors.
• Develop and approve SOPs, analytical methods, and material specs.
• Oversee testing by HPLC, GC, UV and wet chemistry.
• Review QC data and perform investigations as required.
• Maintain regulatory awareness (USP, FDA guidelines).
• Follow cGMP and safety practices.
