Job summary

Coating Place Inc. in Verona, WI is seeking a QC Supervisor – Environmental Monitoring and Metrology to oversee EM, Cleaning Validation, and Metrology within the Quality Control department; provide leadership and technical oversight to ensure GMP-compliant activities.

The role requires collaboration with Production, QC, and QA, deep knowledge of USP/ICH/FDA guidelines, and participation in client/regulatory audits. A $2,000 sign-on bonus accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, chemistry, or related field required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in pharmaceutical or 5+ years at Coating Place Inc. or equivalent cGMP environment.
• Strong knowledge of USP, ICH, and FDA guidelines related to environmental monitoring, cleaning validation, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EM, Cleaning Validation, and Metrology staff; assign and prioritize work.
• Coordinate resources and report program performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Production, QC, and QA to prioritize cleaning verification activities.
• Lead cleaning/campaign length validations and cleaning verifications.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and qualification of lab equipment.
• Draft and approve SOPs, protocols, and trend reports.
• Participate in on-site client and regulatory audits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices.
