Century Fasteners Corporation in Raleigh, NC seeks a QUALITY INSPECTOR III (SUPERVISOR) to lead a team of QC inspectors, ensure compliance with AS9100/AS9120 and ISO 9001, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. This is a full-time role reporting to the Quality Control Manager.

You will oversee inspections of materials and finished goods, interpret drawings and specs, mentor staff, manage nonconformances and calibration, and coordinate with ERP systems to move material while

Formación

• 3+ years of QC or QA experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or cGMP standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage and mentor a QC team.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor QC Inspectors of various levels.
• Train inspectors to follow documented procedures.
• Oversee inspections of materials and finished goods per order specs.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, standards, and material codes.
• Document and manage nonconforming materials and coordinate rework.
• Lead investigations of non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with ERP to move material and support calibration program at site.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement.
