Job summary

Glovis America, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to support the organization’s QMS, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and drive continuous improvements.

You will monitor quality performance, manage documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. The role involves developing procedures, analyzing data, and guiding training to uphold OEM specifications and customer requirements within a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Associates or higher preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license without restrictions required.
• 2 years of experience in Quality Control required.
• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with QMS processes including nonconformance management, CAPA, change management, documentation control, and audit preparation.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality forms.
• Investigate quality issues and document NCRs; perform root cause analysis (5 Whys, fishbone, A3).
• Track corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Collect and analyze quality data; identify trends and improvements; prepare reports and dashboards.
