• Lead deviation and laboratory investigations as needed
• Review and approve data and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Conduct performance reviews and participate in hiring activities
• Track KPIs, report results, and drive corrective actions to meet objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned
