Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Madison, Wisconsin seeks a Supervisor - Quality Control to lead the QC team, oversee investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance in a 102,700-square-foot GMP biologics facility.

You will schedule daily tasks, review data and reports, and drive continuous improvement across quality systems while partnering with analysts and management. This on-site role offers growth within a global leader in biopharma.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Master's Degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Leadership experience of 0 - 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Support analysts on the team.
• Schedule daily tasks.
• Lead deviation investigations or laboratory investigations.
• Review and approve data and reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and participate in employee hiring process.
• Track and report performance indicators and implement action plans to address gaps and achieve department objectives.
• All other duties as assigned.
