Master Security Company, LLC is seeking a part-time security officer for the weekend 2nd shift in Atlanta, GA. The role requires standing/walking for extended periods, ability to pass a background check and drug screening, and a valid driver's license.

You will patrol posts, document incidents, and enforce rules with professional conduct. Qualifications include a GED/high school diploma, 24 Training Certification, and proficiency with mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Legal US work status.
• GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Reliable transportation (no public transit).
• Active full driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a background check with no felony arrests/convictions.
• 24 Training Certificate.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift.
• Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones).

Responsabilités

• Maintain a daily activity log for your post.
• Document incidents in a detailed report.
• Conduct walking or vehicular patrols.
• Enforce customer rules professionally.
• Arrive on time in proper uniform.
• Interact with the public.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication.
• Assess emergencies quickly and correctly.
• Identify critical issues and respond appropriately.

Schedule: Weekend Shift Hours: 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM

REQUIREMENTS:

We have established a set of criteria that our security officers must meet to ensure optimal service delivery and to enhance their chances of success during their tenure with us. The criteria include:

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Legal work status in the US
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Reliable and functional transportation (Public transportation is not acceptable)
• Ownership of a cell phone for contact by Operations Supervisors
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests or convictions
• Must have an active 24 Training Certification.
• Ability to perform duties as stated in post orders, which may include standing/walking for extended periods or lifting
• Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.)
• Possession of a VALID full driver’s license (public transportation is not acceptable)

DUTIES/WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Maintain a daily log of all activities during your assigned shift at your assigned post
• Document all incidents occurring during your assigned shift in a detailed incident report
• Conduct walking/vehicular patrols throughout your shift
• Enforce customer rules in a professional and courteous manner
• Arrive on time and in proper uniform at your assigned post
• Ability to interact and communicate with the public
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate emergencies effectively
• Ability to quickly and accurately identify critical issues and respond appropriately
