Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a QC Sample Management teammate to help keep our lab operations compliant and efficient. You will verify submissions, label and store samples, and support timely testing while adhering to cGMP standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline).
• Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP-regulated environment (prior experience is a plus but not required).
• Ability to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verify and review sample submissions to ensure they meet Quality Control requirements
• Receive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established procedures
• Deliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform routine temperature, environmental, and/or CO₂ monitoring and document results
• Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards (cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines)
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers as needed
