Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a QC Sample Management professional to keep laboratory operations compliant and efficient. You will verify submissions, label and store samples, and assist with timely delivery to QC labs.

This role offers 1st shift with a 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM schedule and a base pay of $22.50–$23.50 per hour, plus a $50 weekend differential for Saturday shifts. EPA‑level laboratory work experience is a plus, and EEO commitments are noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field.
• Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP‑regulated environment.
• Ability to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verify and review sample submissions to ensure they meet Quality Control requirements.
• Receive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established procedures.
• Deliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform routine temperature, environmental, and/or CO₂ monitoring and document results.
• Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards (cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines).
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers as needed.
