Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Quality Control support team member to verify sample submissions, label and store samples, and deliver them to QC laboratories for timely testing. You will monitor temperature and environmental conditions and document results in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes compliance with cGMP and SOPs, plus collaboration with internal teams and external customers to maintain smooth lab operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline)
• Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP-regulated environment (prior experience is a plus but not required)
• Ability to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Verify and review sample submissions to ensure they meet Quality Control requirements
• Receive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established procedures
• Deliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform routine temperature, environmental, and/or CO₂ monitoring and document results
• Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards (cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines)
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers as needed
