Formlabs in Millbury, Ohio, seeks a QC/QA Chemical Technician to oversee QC testing and calibration to ensure products meet ISO 13485 standards. You will develop QC procedures, calibrate equipment, and support scale-up for new products.

The role requires a bachelor (and preferably a master) in chemistry, familiarity with ISO standards, and experience with 3D printing materials. Strong training and attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry required.
• Master's degree in Chemistry preferred.
• Familiar with ISO Standards.
• Experience with 3D printing technologies and materials.
• Familiarity with Tableau or SQL.
• Strong training abilities and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee QC testing and calibration to ensure ISO 13485 compliance.
• Perform in-process inspections and calibrate QC equipment.
• Develop QC procedures for new products with supervision.
• Support scale-up activities for new products and R&D.
• Order supplies and train R&D/QC staff as needed.
• Review ISO 13485 procedures and maintain quality systems.
• Investigate quality issues and support CAPA and audits.
