Job summary

Formlabs in Ohio is seeking a quality-control focused professional to ensure product quality and reliability across finished goods and materials. You will establish QC procedures, calibrate equipment, and support scale-up activities while training staff and maintaining ISO 13485 standards.

The role requires a chemistry background, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Experience with Tableau/SQL is a plus; benefits include comprehensive health coverage and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry required.
• Familiar with ISO Standards.
• Strong training abilities.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and conciseness.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC testing on finished goods and incoming materials.
• Conduct in-process inspections for conformance to quality standards.
• Calibrate QC equipment and vendor equipment.
• Establish QC procedures for new products with supervisor.
• Support QC scale-up activities for new products.
• Order supplies for R&D, QC, and chemists.
• Train R&D and QC staff as needed.
• Review ISO 13485 procedures for QC.
• Maintain and improve quality procedures.
• Investigate quality issues and support QMS processes.
