Job summary

INCOG BioPharma Services is seeking a QC Microbiology Supervisor in Fishers, IN. This role leads the QC Microbiology team, ensures timely testing and data review, and provides coaching to analysts and data reviewers. The supervisor ensures compliance with cGMP and SOPs and drives readiness and quality in all laboratory operations.

The ideal candidate brings GMP laboratory experience, leadership skills, and strong knowledge of aseptic techniques to foster a productive, compliant QC environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years demonstrated working knowledge of GMP laboratory operations.
• 1-2 years in a people leadership role.
• Knowledge of Quality Control Microbiology, GxP principles, CAPA/Investigation management.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily Quality Control Microbiology activities.
• Ensuring all testing/data review is completed within appropriate timeframes.
• Delivering daily expectations and assignments.
• Providing in-lab support and oversight of routine testing.
• Providing coaching and feedback to QC microbiology team.
