Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Microbiology Supervisor to lead the QC Microbiology laboratory in Costa Mesa, CA. The role supervises staff, oversees testing, and ensures compliance with cGMP standards while supporting quality systems and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in microbiology, data analysis, and practical experience with CAPA, investigations, and regulatory audits. This position offers a full-time on-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred; or AS with relevant experience.
• 3+ years of GMP/pharmaceutical experience preferred; experience in sterile or aseptic environments preferred.
• Demonstrates proficiency in multiple quality systems including Deviation, CAPA and Out-of-Specification management, Change Control, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the QC Microbiology laboratory and supervise staff.
• Perform and review microbiological testing and validate methods.
• Conduct trend analyses and investigations of excursions.
• Coordinate with QA, manufacturing, and supply chain for CAPAs and continuous improvement.
