Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in an applied science (microbiology preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in microbiology in GMP manufacturing.
• Experience with microbiology assays and aseptic techniques.
• Hands-on microbiology techniques: membrane filtration, inoculation, serial dilutions, biochemical tests, enumeration, environmental monitoring.
• Understanding of cGMP, CFR, USP, and aseptic processing guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; good teamwork.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to use project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily environmental/utility and microbiology testing.
• Support quality systems; assist audits.
• Lead investigations and CAPAs per GMP.
• Mentor junior personnel.
• Calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Assist validation studies and data interpretation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
