Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks an Analyst, QC Micro to perform microbiological testing and support the site’s quality control program with strict cGMP adherence.

You will conduct routine sampling, verify materials, analyze data trends, write and update SOPs, and contribute to CAPA and audits while maintaining accurate records and regulatory readiness on site.

Qualifications

• Experience performing microbiological testing or analytical laboratory work in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• Ability to analyze laboratory data, identify trends or deviations, and communicate observations to supervisors.
• Familiarity with cGMP documentation and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine sampling, in-process testing, autoclaving, and parts washing per cGMP.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues; implement fixes.
• Write, review, and revise SOPs and work instructions for manufacturing systems.
